Curlifine Refund Policy
At Curlifine, we are committed to providing you with products that help you achieve beautiful, healthy-looking curls. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by emailing hello@curlifine.com or filling out the form on our Contact Us page. To expedite your return, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If an item arrives damaged (defective or physically broken), report it within 72 hours of delivery. Email hello@curlifine.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll determine eligibility for a replacement at no cost. We don't refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. 
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, we can't be responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control (courier, customs, etc.). If you experience delivery issues, contact the courier directly. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you won't be entitled to a resend or refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It's the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before purchasing and using Curlifine products. By purchasing and using Curlifine products, customers indicate acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy.
